Hi

Has anyone else tried this tea, I think it is amazing. I read that VB drank it to lose weight after their second, so I decided to give it a go. It really works, my tummy is tighter and so are my thighs, it's a miracle drink!

I had some trouble finding it in the UK but came across a lovely site in Now magazine, they are called www.TheTeahouse.co.uk.

I'd love to know if anyone else has tried it.

Ive tried it....tastes awful but it works!! Squeeze some lemon in it and its not so bad!! Available from Whittard, its a bit pricey at almost a fiver...but its worth it!! The results are great!

Anyone know anything else great for weight loss??

Thanks

""pu erh tea""

Ive just received the Pu erh tea which I ordered from the teahouse.co.uk and am very excited about starting this new trend. So far have just had one cup - i think im supposed to have 3 a day. It smells like compost but doesnt taste too bad. I think it must work by suppressing appetite as its mid day and normally by now am ready for lunch but I dont feel hungry? We will see. Im 24 and weigh 9stone but would like to lose half a stone. I work out regularly at the gym too so wont be relying on this tea alone to lose the weight. Will let you know how I get on! x
"Buy puerh tea online"
Posted by joanna1972 15 August  at  14:05

Living in rural France and not working has piled on the pounds.

Earlier this year I read an article that VB drinks puerh tea in order to help maintain her weight. A few months later I read an article in Closer Magazine about weight loss when drinking puer tea.

The 'guinea pig' in the article lost weight whilst drinking it so I thought I would try for myself.

In the article was a link to www.teawarehouse.co.uk - they sell several types of puerh tea from £1.86 to £3.85 plus postage. I ordered some (in April) one Monday and my delivery arrived in the post on Thursday.

I must say that it works, I have lost weight and the only change I have made in my life style is to walk to the village every day instead of using my car.

I've lost one stone over 3 months which has brought me down to my ideal weight and just like Posh I now drink it to help maintain my weight.

You can see the Closer Mag article on their website.

"Good online shop for pu erh tea"
Posted by chowser 13 May  at  20:40

I would like to share a good online shop for Pu erh tea.

http://shop.waiyeehong.com/index.php?main_page=pro-duct_i nfo&cPath=4_12&products_id=451
They stock the Teaco brand at a reasonable price.

I preferred the Chrysanthemum Pu'erh Tea,
http://shop.waiyeehong.com/index.php?main_page=pro-duct_i nfo&cPath=4_12&products_id=139 1

because it had a lighter and fragranted flavour. I've lost a few pounds so far. Not sure if its the tea or just my healthier diet at the moment. I still love my carbs

"Sorry more on tea that works"
Posted by pj62 28 April  at  16:20

What we and others have found that has worked is Holy Tea which s made from Milk thistle (or as the Americans call it Holy thistle) and marsh and another type of mallows. This loosens and gemtly removes compacted food stuffs from the colon , thus reducing weight and also aiding the body's ability to absorp food. It is also good for the liver and general digectivesystem, check out the herbs via google.
Infact we have been using it since December last year and are so pleased with the effects we have started to sell it, not for profit but because people started coming to us for it. We sell it for the cost we get it for

"Omg i love pu-erh tea!"
Posted by alwayssuperchic 10 April  at  07:18

hi!

just want to let you know that i have become a devout drinker of pu-erh tea. i started about in january as a new years resolution to go down one size smaller. i am in the fashion industry and have a lot of pressure to look slim!

i actually came across an 'editor's pick' from beauty section of this website - and let me tell you - their pu-erh tea is FABULOUS! It's appropriately called Skinny Mini - haha isn't that cute?

http://www.sofeminine.co.uk/news/beauty/n5915.html-

prior to this, i tried another pu-erh tea that i purchased from a local shop and it just didn't taste the same. this tea tastes... velvety and fuller. i just love it!

i usually have it 2-3 cups a day (i don't drink coffee) - breakfast, after lunch and after dinner. for breakfast, i usually have toast, eggs and tea. i save my best meals for lunch and usually have something fuller like curry chicken salad or a sandwich. for dinner, i always have something light, like fish or something (never red meat). believe it or not - i work in fashion but i LOVE to eat!

"Can you overdose on pu-erh tea?"
Posted by jennersg028 3 April  at  12:49

hi

i found the pu-erh tea diet interesting and my mum wanted to loose weight so we thought we will give it a go - im currently on my second day - so delighted it is actually nice to drink - but can you overdose on it at all?? by drinking too much???

ohh and does jasmin tea do anything for you? can you overdose on it?

scared il do myself more harm than good - next step is to alter my diet and eat healthy foods and then excercise but big up to pu-erh tea - it is brilliant.
"Can you overdose on pu-erh tea"
Posted by amo1982 3 April  at  16:34

Hi

I have just seen your question (Can you overdose on pu-erh tea???)
I started drinking Pu-erh tea.
I think you should drink at least three cups, but no more than six cups in one day.
I feel if I drink anymore than this - it gives me a pain in my head and I get a sick feeling in my stummy. Drink loads of water while drinking this tea, I found than I got very dehydrated.
I have been on this for one week how and have lost 11lbs. I have stopped eating bread, potatoes, Rice and Pata and of course all sweet things. I have three good meals a day and am feeling the better of it.
I have a long way to go as I have to loose another 6stone so that I can have IVF.
I hope I stick to it - Please God.

Can anyone who is drinking Pu-erh tea that has lost weight, please tell me what they eat to have lost all there weight.

Thanks
amo from Ireland

Everyone is different, we have both tries Oohlong and Pu Erh, proper expensive tea not the cheap ebay stuff and though we both enjoy it it hasn't helped us lose weight. However we have looked at other teas and WE and others have found that has worked is Holy Tea which s made from Milk thistle (or as the Americans call it Holy thistle) and marsh and another type of mallows.
