hi what i am about to tell you is easier said than done and is something that you should gradually introduce day by day ... i have never had a child so i do not know the dificulty in shifting post-pregnancy weight but here is my diet for droping weight & losing fat... breakfast... a piece of fruit and a black tea with no sugar lunch... another piece of fruit or 1 weatabix with sugar or a bagel with 1 can weight watchers tuna + sweetcorn. alternativly no lunch at all of a small salad. dinner concists of 1 potato boiled and choped up small before boiling, brocoli, sweetcorn, 2 asparagas sticks, spring onions and mushroom cooked or raw all mixed together with 1 desert spoon of extra light mayo. snacking on veg or fruit if you have the munchies but reach for a drink instead and its even more of a benefit. hope this is helpfull... send me a message anytime if you wish good luck angel congrats on your daughter by the way. xxxxx
