Sorry, buti had a message that some one wanted to make friends and be a diet buddy but pressed the wrong button and wiped it off (silly me)could that some one get back in touch .

I replyed back to your message you send me this morning
so i dont know maybe it was the message that i sended .
am at week 5 now and its going good the headaches come and go got weigh in today down to 13stone well chuffed with that .(starting weight 14stone 10lbs)
you said your on day 7 thats a week over with hope all is going well.
