Try with the new intensedf diet

try this intenseDF diet:

1)Eat every 2 hours small unprocessed meals

2)Use the trick of undercooking food. For example if the pasta packaging says cook for 10-12 minutes just cook for 5 min. The same for the porridge if the box says 5 min cook for 2 min. In this way the carbohydrates are less absorbable. Do not eat bread!!!

3)To bulk up the plate use microwaved or steamed vegetable (4-5 min max power) like red cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts. (DO NOT use carrots, parsnip or potatoes!!!)

4)Separate fat from carbohydrate. If you eat a food rich in carbohydrate do not eat fat or just a small quantity. If you eat a food rich in fat (like nuts or seeds) do not eat carbohydrates.

5)When you eat a meal rich in fat (like a handful of nuts or seeds) take a supplement of calcium. Calcium will make fat less absorbable but use this trick just once a day. Too much calcium can be bad.

6)Use small plates when you eat so the small portions will appear bigger.

7)Do not keep junk food or ready prepared meal at home. They could temp you to eat even if you are not hungry.

8)Always keep at home food that requires some preparation. In this way you will eat just if you are really hungry. The idea to prepare food will discourage you to eat if you are not really hungry.

9)It is better to eat vegetables than not fruit. Fruit contain many more calories and because the sweet taste they can tempt you to over eat.

10) Go to the gym. 2-3 times a week for 1-2 hours. Do mainly weights and short burst of exercises like bike or running for 30 seconds at maximum power every 15 min for a total of 4-8 times.

11)If you are tempted to eat when you are not supposed to, eat a tea spoon of something that you dislike like marmite if you dont like it. In this way you teach your brain that food can give a bad experience.

12)The first meal should be after 2 hours upon rising and the last one should be at least 2-3 hours before going to sleep. Do not eat just before going to sleep

let me know how it goes, enjoy this diet as I do!!!

How successful is it?

thanks for advice, will deffo give this a try..how long have you been doing this for? do you mind me asking how much weight you have lost with it?

thanks so much

Hello

I have being on this diet for 3 months. I lost as an average 1kg a week in total 12kg (nearly 2 stones). Now I am on a maintenance level. I lost the fat I planned. What I like about this diet is how easy is to stick to it and in particular how you become detached from food, I dont crave any more. As the author of this diet says you have to learn to adapt this diet to your body needs. Every one of us is different so we need a different diet (quantity of food + pattern of eating). A bonus of this diet is that it helps to fight radicals too. So it is not just a question of shedding fat but been healthy too. I hope you can enjoy it as I do.
Remember to join a gym! Do some body building and intense intermittent exercises! Forget about running for hours and sweating, that is not necessary to lose weight and it create a lot of radicals. Let me know how it goes.

Thanks...

well i do exerscise already, that's why it's so annoying that i can't shed anymore weight! i do 30 mins hydrolic workout 6 days a week.
sorry to keep harrassing you..but what do you mean by it helps you fight radicals?
i'll let you know how it goes! hope it works for me too!

Hi

Hello

You need to do intense intermittent exercises and body building. It looks like this is the best way to lose weight. With this technique you produce hormones that help to build muscles and shed fat. Anyway it is the diet that counts for 90% when it comes to fat loss!

The free-radicals are toxic substances that are produced in our body continuously and they cause a lot of diseases and many problems we see when we get older. Antioxidants are normally used to neutralise them but alone are not enough. The IntenseDF diet has been developed to try reducing the radical formation in our body. Actually this diet has been developed to fight free radicals, that means to try to reduce the formation of these nasty substances inside our body. Losing weight is considered just a consequence. A nice one I have to say! In conclusion with this diet you get slim and you preserve your health, this is what the author claims. I like to be healthy not just slim. I Hope this answers your question.
