Diets the best one

hi does anybody know which diet is the best one for quick weightloss as i have done cabbage soup and weight watchers and slimming world and slimfast and i only lost 6 pound of water on some ang gained on the others
id be grateful of any suggestions and advice

Well i had been on Lipotrim and you can lose up to stones per month,(expensive tho) i had lost over 6st on it but came of it and now im in Slimmingworld, luckily with sw i havent gained my old weight back.....

It is an easy to follow and effective diet

An intenseDF diet is a diet of the fourth generation. That means is a diet that has been developed to become healthy and to stay healthy. This diet considers losing weight as a consequence and not as a goal. It is a diet for life. The positive thing about that is: because you have to follow it for all your life it is easy to stick to and contrary to other diets like, the Cambridge diet where people feel crap for many weeks, with this one you feel great from the first day. It is a diet that teaches you to give your body what it needs in that moment. In this way it becomes easy to stay on this diet. A big trick this diet uses to make easier to lose weight is to burn fat when we are sleeping. Because we spend nearly 8 hours sleeping, that means one third of our day, we should use this time to lose weight. When we are sleeping our metabolism is low and that is ideal to burn fat and because we are sleeping we do not feel hungry. This diet is organized in a way that you eat during the day in a particular way that makes you feel satisfied and during the night, while you are sleeping, you burn fat. I personal love this diet. It is easy to follow and in particular it is healthy.

and how much does it cost per week as cd costs 40per week on average

The diet is explained in a book: IntenseDF fighting the free radicals it costs $18.00 and that is all you need to spend.

Before buying the book have a look on the web site www.intenseDF.com.
You can find a small introduction about it and the table of contents in this way you can make a decision if you like it or not.

The title sounds a bit meaningless but I can guarantee you that it is a good book. It is very simple and you can learn a lot of good stuff on how to keep fit and healthy. If you follow it you can lose 1kg per week.

The book is the only thing you need. It will explain which foods are fattening and which are not and also the best pattern of eating to burn fat during the night.
