This diet considers losing weight as a consequence and not as a goal. It is a diet for life. The positive thing about that is: because you have to follow it for all your life it is easy to stick to and contrary to other diets like, the Cambridge diet where people feel crap for many weeks, with this one you feel great from the first day. It is a diet that teaches you to give your body what it needs in that moment. In this way it becomes easy to stay on this diet. A big trick this diet uses to make easier to lose weight is to burn fat when we are sleeping. Because we spend nearly 8 hours sleeping, that means one third of our day, we should use this time to lose weight. When we are sleeping our metabolism is low and that is ideal to burn fat and because we are sleeping we do not feel hungry. This diet is organized in a way that you eat during the day in a particular way that makes you feel satisfied and during the night, while you are sleeping, you burn fat. I personal love this diet. It is easy to follow and in particular it is healthy.
