Think youve had a couple of harsh replies so just wanted t let you know my friend took these and dropped from a size 14 to an 8! they are very good for those who cant help snacking and eating all day and ive just started them to get rid of the last half stone baby weight i just cant seem to shift and do not have explosive diarrohea!!
