im currently doing the slifast diet but im having problems
in the evenings
anyone who has any suggestions
or knows of a diet that works and dnt make you hungry please let me know thanks

i have looked into cd diet but i dont think its for me as i only got 2 stone to lose

hi dee i just started slimfast today have you lost anything and how long have you been doing it I need to lose at least 7 pound for a holiday in 2 weeks and am dreading the evenings as thats when Ifeel most hungry. also what flavor do you think is the easiest to take x

im not doing so well im thimking bout doing maple syrup diet but the tree syrup is so expensive at 36 pound a litre
