Ll counselling

Hi all

I tried LL a few years ago but was really put off by the counselling... i didn't feel that 8 of us sitting in a room chatting with the counsellor making very obvious statements about weightloss very helpful or anything like counselling.

I'm wary of trying again .... kinda thinking what's the difference between that and slimfast if that's the quality of the "counselling". How have others found the counselling?

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with the group counselling; you did not say how many weeks you were there. Maybe you were just unlucky with your counsellor because it worked for me and works for many others. I think it's worth giving it another shot.
