Going it alone

ive lost 2 stone on the cd and have a further 2 stone to go,so know im going it alone to shift the last couple of stones,and anyway im gonna have to eat sensibly sooner or later thinking cereal for breaky fruit low cal yougurt for lunch and low cal tea like spag bowl jacket potato or meat and veg fish and snack on lots of fruit which i missed and the occasionl treat any more ideas please
