Flanks vaser lipo at selston cosmetic surgery
Hi, I had vaser lipo 3 weeks ago, on my flanks!!! I am 23 years old and go to the gym n diet and have done for 6 years- I have never been able to shift the fat!!! I saw the advert for selston cosmetic surgery on the back of a bus and was delighted as Id never have gone for liposuction under general anesthetic!! I had my consultation with Dr Bassi, where I asked every question under the sun and felt comfortable to make my decision there n then- so i did!! I was terribly nervous before surgery, but Wendy the nurse made me feel at ease. During surgery i was able to use my ipod and speak on my phone to my friends hahaha, mad but it helped me get thru it as 2 hours seems along time, however it went so so so quick! Dr Bassi and Wendy were also very lovely and made it an enjoyable/ funny operation. I enjoyed concentrating on watching the fat go into the bottle!! amazing!! Anyways I had a little pain after surgery but nothing that stopped me doing anything, I was aware that I may feel depressed for the first week due to swelling etc, however the first time i removed the dressing I was VERY impressed, i couldnt stop looking at myself in the mirror!! Every day I see myself shrinking more and more!!! I am so so so happy and cannot wait to get myself a new wardrobe as my trousers are very baggy!!!! I would definitely recommend vaser lipo!!! It has changed my life n me and I still havent been able to show off the results but I am very happy!!! My pictures are soon to go on the selston cosmetic website so feel free to look!I would 100% recommend you go to selston cosmetic surgery for vaser lipo!

Hiya vaser this friday am very nervous having my stomach done, help!
Hi
I'm having 2 areas done, lower and upper abs, this Friday at Selsn. Dr Bassi seems lovely, but all of a sudden I'm having secnd thoughts and am very nervous. The reason for this is the few people I've told (who haven't havd anything done) keep warning me how much it'll hurt and that it's really drastic.
I just need an honest opinion - my questions are:
Will I be ok to drive home (I ony live about 40 mins away)
When will the anaesthetic wear off?
How much will it hurt over the weekend?
And will I be ok for work on Monday?
I drive an awful lot for work so I will be in the car a lot and in and out of it all day. What was your pain like? What kind of painkillers did you take? And were you quite rigid in your movement or could you move quite easily/flexible?
Thanks in advance

Hi, You will be fine!! When i had mine done, it was a Saturday and i was back at work Monday. A little tender, but still able to do my job ok. It was slightly tender on the Sunday but a couple of painkillers and i was fine. I drove home and there was no problems, the anesthetic wore off a few hours later so i felt ok to drive. Your friends are probably thinking about traditional lipo which is much more brutal! I've had three goes now so it cant be that bad!! Hope this helps.

Hi abigail
I have not heard of vaser but have just had advanced lipo on my outer thighs last week. Amazing results, I don't seem to have any bruising.
My husband was very impressed, lovely doctor as well.
Good Luck

Vaser lipo
I have now had vaser lipo with amazing results, the photos have just been put on Selston Cosmetic Clinic website by Dr Bassi. I have had advanced smartlipo in the past but like so many others got no results, so I am delighted

Hello
i had vaser lipo on my stomach and it has only been 4 days and i can already see a big difference in the shape of my stomach.
I had it done at Wimpole Aesthetics in Wimploe Street WG1 - i think
I am a size 10 and have a slim figure but was left with a baby bulge after having children.
Its only day 4 and i can't wait for the final result which should be in about 12 weeks.

Suffering in compression garments
How long were you been recommended to wear a compression garment after vaser lipo?
|
|
|
Compression garment
4-6 weeks is recommended for best results.. If you exercise, always wear the compression garment when exercising up to 8 weeks..

What is the name of the clinic? Did you have it done? What was the result? Where on your body did you have the treatment? Was it expensive?

Yes, I've had it at a clinic in Coventry at Enliven Clinic. I could not believe the amount of fat they sucked out, and I can finally see my toes!! The result was truly amazing. The service was brilliant and I really felt looked after. I am thinking of having my arms done next.

Hi, saw you had vaser last year at Enliven. Can you tell me which doctor you had the procedure with please as I am considering it for my fat tummy?

I have now had my muffin tops done with Dr Bassi with fantastic results. The whole procedure was pain free and I too felt really looked after. Dr Bassi takes his time to make sure you will get the result you want. The results from my abdomen are amazing I now have the outline of a 'six pack'. The compliments are flooding in which is a big boost to the self confidence. I would recommend this procedure to anyone and as I have said before AVOID smartlipo or the advanced version at any cost!!!!!!!!!!!

I've heard of this
Think heard of this clinic (if its selston cosmetic clinic), my friend was talking about it, she's been and was really impressed. About 6 weeks ago she had her tummy done. I think it's best thing she has done, she kept moaning about her large flabby tummy and was really down because of it. I know she was really thrilled with the results and that her tummy has tighten.
She was really brave to look into it and make the decision to go, but said that the Doctor was really good and that she was talked through the whole process. Not sure how much she paid, but whatever it was she definately thinks it was worth it

I had vaser lipo done on monday, 24th november on my lower abs
Due to a c-section 10 years ago I was left with a tummy flap that I have always hated. I had a consultation last Friday and booked in for the following Monday for the procedure at a clinic 4 miles from my home. The surgeon talked me through everything she was doing which was comforting. It was fairly pain free except for the areas around my belly button as she explained that fibrous areas such as this can be painful. I grinned and beared it as I wanted it all done properly. The ultrasound makes a very high pitched sound louder for the patient than the surgeon because it is going into your body. She warned me of this so it was okay after a little while. The suction at the end was okay too - I could watch all the fat being sucked out into a cannister so that was interesting. She took a total of 800 ml. I have stayed home since Monday - so that is 3 days but as of today I do feel alot better and may venture out tomorrow. It does hurt when I walk or bend over. There is minimal brusing but stomach is all pushed in and is not taunt and straight yet - I am looking forward to the finished product. If you have any questions email me at JESSICAHEFF@aol.com
