Feeling bored and fed up with cd!!!!!

Hi Guys,

I been on the cd for a month now and lost 15lbs!! I still want to loose another stone, but im getting so bored of the diet, sometimes I just want to come off it but am worried that if I go on a calorie controlled diet that I might put weight back on!!

In my heart I feel I need to stick with the cd as I want to loose another stone, guess im loosing motivation now.

Need to loose the weight as im getting married beginig of August.

Any help or advice please.

Im coming off cd, just had enough im just going to stick to non carb foods for a while and see how it goes!

Guess im so scard of eating normally now, I didnt eat nothing yesterday apart from skimmed milk in my tea, and today a tiny piece of chicken with a bit of salad!

I now its stupid!!! but dont know what else to do. im so desparate to loose a stone as getting married in August.

hi well done on your loss so far, try going on add a meal 4 a couple of weeks see if that helps you, ive been on cd for 6 weeks and have done add a meal from start lost 24lb up to now, good luck

You have done really well. Thing is I never even had 3 shakes a day just one and a bar and I kept to skimmed milk in my tea, out of the 4 weeks on the cd I only lost weight in two weeks. Which I find puzzeling, however saying that I have lost a total of 12 inches which is good.

hi i no how you feel ,i was on the cambridge since jan and lost 31lbs,i finished it last month as i couldnt stay in ketosis,and felt i was just wasting my money, so i decided to go it alone as i new i would have to eat sensibly sooner or later ive stayed the same weight only put on a few pounds and then i lose them,i want to lose a stone and a bit ill get there slowly time of month at the mo and i allow myself a few treats as my body craves them,i have to children 8 and 3 and i felt i had no energy on the cambridge,something i needed with two energic boys.

Its good you managed to loose your 31 pounds, it is so difficult when you have children too, I have 3 of them 2 girls and a boy. Im surprized I have managed to stay on it this long. I aint lost nothing this week. In the month I have been on it only 2 weeks I lost weight. It just feels like so much hard work and not seeing so many result. Im due for my weigh in tomorrow and I aint lost anything, and getting the shakes and bars are just bring me so much.

Hi, Looked at the diet and printed it out. Not had a chance to read it fully yet, which I will do later.

I was just interested whether you had done it and how you got on with it.

It is really good

I love that diet. It does not require will power at all, just a bit of brain.

Remember that you have to adapt the quantities to your personal needs and in particular learn how to cook food. That is important. Read careful those pages and the principles of that diet

I do not understand why people on this forum keep stay on diets that makes them feel miserable all day when there are alternatives. If they feel miserable, there is no way they can stay on that diet for life.

With this diet, I eat enough food to feel good but low enough to lose weight. That is a fine line but if you are careful, it is not that difficult to find.

I am very confident that I will be able to keep my weight at my target level because I am very satisfied with this diet. It is not just a question of losing weight but a question of feeling good too.

It is not a diet that you have to follow like a zombie but YOU HAVE to be active to find the right quantity of food your body needs.

Many people fails to stay on they target weight because they use diets that require will power. However, after a while will power will fade away inevitable and people will start to put back all the fat burned

This is why I keep not one but 10 eyes on my well being!!!
