I came off the cd a couple of weeks ago. I was on it for 4 weeks. I lost 15lbs, but I kept to drinking skimmed milk in my tea and did cheat. The main thing is if you cheat to get back on track, which I did do. Im off it now as I got too bored with the shakes and bars, I still need to loose a stone and will probaly go back on it soon to loose another half stone. I found you do need a lot of support if your a picker like me! being on here helps a lot if your on your own when it comes to dieting.
