Starting cambridge diet - need some advice

Hi everyone,
I'm new to the site and was wondering if you had any tips on keeping on the CD. I've done it before and managed to not cheat for 3 weeks. This time, I am doing the full six weeks. Does anyone have any tips to be strong and not cheat on the diet? Thanks,

Hi,

I came off the cd a couple of weeks ago. I was on it for 4 weeks. I lost 15lbs, but I kept to drinking skimmed milk in my tea and did cheat. The main thing is if you cheat to get back on track, which I did do. Im off it now as I got too bored with the shakes and bars, I still need to loose a stone and will probaly go back on it soon to loose another half stone. I found you do need a lot of support if your a picker like me! being on here helps a lot if your on your own when it comes to dieting.
