Hi

Hi Linda,

Good on you, loosing weight I feel only works if you put your mind to it and am determined.

The best thing is when you loose a bit and your clothes get loose. That is wonderful. In an ideal world I should be about 8stone as im only 5ft 1inch, but i will settle for 9st 7lb as im getting married in 6 weeks.

sPEAK SOON,

Rita x

Any side effects ?

I only just heard of the Gastric Band Pill. It's been 12 months since you tried it . Were there any side effects. How long did you take them for.

Ingredients

hi guys,

I was just wondering, those of you who have tried the gastric band pills, if you could tell me what is in them?

Thinking about starting them but would like to know a little bit more about them and there doesn't appear to be ingredients listed on their website.

Thanks, jenx

Be careful.

Why waste your money? Even if these pills work in the short term you will just regain the weight when you stop taking them. The only sensible way to lose weight is to change your eating habits.
Nearly everyone who gains weight does so because they eat too much of the wrong foods so what we really need to do is take charge of what goes in out mouths ourselves.
It is up to us what we eat and unless we have a serious medical condition it is also up to us that we are fat or thin.
I have also tried numberous fad diets in the past but always regained the weight. I have though lost 3 stone by changing my eating habbits and joining a gym. By changing my eating habbits I don't mean rationing my food intake. I eat approx 1800 cals a day. I do watch the amount of fat I eat and eat lots of small meals instead of 3 huge ones.
I also exercise as much as I can.
I can honestly say that I am fitter and healthier then I have been for years.
