hi, what are these gastric band pills??

i have a lapband fitted, but struggle still, appetite is still there, just cant fit much in lol,
where do i get these pills from?

hi Rita, just read your message, i am using the pills and they seem to work! I find its really strange how i used to crave ice cream and all the other naughty foods and now i reach for the fridge and i think to myself actually im not hungry at all! Im on my third day now i am 5 ft 3 and my ideal weight is ment to be 9 stone. so hopefully they will work just fine! i have been a size 10-12 all my life and at the moment i am a size 14! so i will be really happy if i can reach my goal weight in time for my holiday!

I tried getting some of them but could not get them but im still trying. Its great that they seem to be working for you. your frame is simliar to me im 5ft 1 and size 12 I wanted to get down to 9stone for my wedding but hopefully I can get down to 9st 8lbs. Well got 4 weeks to do it in.

I really hope you get to your ideal weight.

I have just started taking these pills, they seem to work on my appetite so far. I have eaten less at meal times and don't really feel hungry throughout the day.

When I have been on them for a week I will weigh myself to see if I have lost anything.

Well if they are controlling your appetite thats something.

How many do you have to take a day and are they big? im thinking of getting some too.

Hiya,

You take 3 per day, take one 30 mins before each main meal. They are not too big, about the size of a multivitamin.

Yeah kind of, I feel full after i've eaten about 2/3rds of what I would normally eat. I feel hungry leading up to meal times and then when I take the tablet it subsides and 30 mins later when I go to eat my meal i find I am stoping when I feel full instead of eating everything I have on my plate.

Good on you, loosing weight I feel only works if you put your mind to it and am determined.

The best thing is when you loose a bit and your clothes get loose. That is wonderful. In an ideal world I should be about 8stone as im only 5ft 1inch, but i will settle for 9st 7lb as im getting married in 6 weeks.
