I did cambridge and lost 15lbs in 4 weeks, but like you I did not enjoy it. While on the cambridge I still had skimmed milk, and during the last two weeks I ate eggs and chicken too when ever I was hungry and still stayed in ketosis. What I found out was that both the cambridge and atkins is more or less the same on both you have 21grams of cards! and you are still in ketosis! while in ketosis you do loose the flab they weight drops off. I have had a break and going back on it on Sunday. While I mixed the two diets together I still lost the weight. So this time I will probaly have a shake in the morning and eat plenty of cheese, eggs, and chicken. You will loose the weight. Get yourself some ketosis sticks. It usually takes 3 day to get into ketosis and then you are fat burning! Good luck Ritax
