Where do i begin?

hi girls,i had my daughter 51/2 months ago..im about a size 14/16 clothes and am now ready to do something about the bulge as ive lost all my self confidence and i feel horrible about myself,i was a size 12 before having my daughter so there is quite a big difference im at home all day on my own so tend to binge on crisps n whatevers quickest and is there any suggestions on what home rememdies to try and what foods are best thanks gals love x j and mia x
