Didnt know which diet to start.I'v desided on the cambridge diet.Has i had good weight loss last time.Iused this site last time and i found it very helpfull.please help jubu xxx

Hi, always go with something your comfortable with. I did the cd in March and lost 15lbs. Im going to go back on it again as desparate to loose aother stone, just cant seem to get motivated.

have you started back on cd yet.2ND Day today not feeling hungry but a little light headed. Drinking plenty of h20.Had a very early night last night =8 ocklock to stop myself getting irritated.Think iv lost about 2.5lb so thats inspiring.Another day to go and imight start getting into ketos.How long did it take you to hit ketos.Did you exersise last time you did cd hope to hear from you soon jubu xxx

Thats brilliant you lost 2.5lbs well don

Im thinking of starting on Sunday again. I already have a weeks supply. I have the trek shakes which are so much nicer than the packet ones plus I have the bars! Last time I didnt exercise at all the first week I lost 7lbs, but one the first two days I had the 3 shakes by day 3 I had to have milk in my tea so I started to have 2 shakes and half a pint of skimmed milk, I still lost weight, and week 3 and 4 I was snacking on slices of cheese and chicken if I got mega hungry I had a boiled egg too! I was in ketosis on day 3. What I found out was the the eggs chicken and cheese has no carbs in so you still stay in ketosis which is brilliant and the inches drop off. by week 2 I had lost 3 inches off my waist and 3 inches off each thigh ,WOW i WAS SO PLEASED. The only problem I found was drinking the water wow its so much. Keep going!! It will motivate me too to get ready for Sunday.

So glad i started back on cd again i feel soooo goood.I Feel great back in control.Im not feeling hungry has yet.Carnt wait for my holls and im looking forward to shopping for some new clothes,Not in ketos yet.Fingers crossed for tomoss.up to yet ihavent felt has bad has i did last time.Think il get some of those trek shakes handy to have at work.Idont have a problem with the water ibought a 750ml water bottle and just keep filling it up i make sure ihave 1 before 12 1 before 4 then half before igo to bed.SECOND TIME AROUND SEEMS EASIER BECAUSE IKNOW WHAT TO EXPECT.Carnt waite for you to start back on cd on sunday.Just think what a slim bride chick your going to look in august.hope to hear from you soon jubu xxx

Hey Jubu,

Great to hear from you. Im so pleased your feeling good and in control. I bet you can feel it too I know I did when I did it. Now listening to you im feeling excited to start. When you have someone to talk to it certainly inspires you. Fingers crossed you be in ketosis tomorrow. Have you got the ketosis sticks to check? I had them and they spur you on. Where are you going on holiday? Bet your excited!! well you will be showing off your SLIM BOD!! I choose Sunday to start as on the weekend I want to drink and go out.

I am 10stone 8 now. In an ideal world I wanted to get down to 9 stone but I am aiming for 9st 7lb as thats what I normally am.

still not in the big K yet,but im 6lb lighter.I started out at 12.5 on tue 11,13 by my scales so im realy pleased.Id be happy to get down to 11.1 thats what im comfy at.Jo my neice has lost 5lb in her first day how goods that.feeling full of energy it must be all the sleep im getting.Your doing a grand job of inspiring me. First thing i did this morning after my shake was look to see if you'd replied.Thanx because it's working.Good luck for sunday.Hope to hear from you soon. jubu xxx

You have done AMAZING so far! Im so happy for you.
im the same as you I check to see if you reply. Its so nice to get your replies and it helps so much. Keep going you will definately be in ketosis tomorrow. Remeber to do your inches too. They will drop off ! and I will be joining you on Sunday!

in the big k.Not feeling so hot tho.MY BRAIN FEELS MANGLED.I know that il feel better in a day or so thats the advantage of being a second timer.Got to stop this constant stepping on the scales.Been invited out for a meal tonight but of course i declined.It would have been so easy to have gone but the fat cells just kept shouting burn baby burn.24HRS and we'll have a race on are hands.My hols are some place in spain we've got a villa theres 17 of us going so it will be a scream.Going to listen to a bit of paul mckenna i can make you thin for a bit of positive therapy.Have a good night tonight.Enjoy that 1st shake tomoss.B thinking of you.Speak soon luv juney xxx

It gets a bit hard doesnt it but hey keep going dont give in to tempation your doing so well. Remeber if you feel deadly hungry eat some chicken or boiled egg or cheese, they dont have carbs so you still stay in ketosis! thats what I used to do. Im out drinking tonight so it will be my last night out for A LONG TIME! Hey the funny thing is I too got my PAUL MCKENNA CD OUT ready for tomorro.
Sounds like your hols are going to be well good! lucky you.

hope last night was a sucsess,and your heads in the right place.How much did you enjoy your fat busting 1st shake yum yum.Feeling so much better today.Have you read the adventures of diet girl.I could realy relate to her and its very motivational.If im not on a diet im working myself up for a diet.The cd diet tho is the most motivating when you get up the 2nd day and there's a loss i know it's only fluid but it pushes the right button to keep going.Bet you carn't waite.Have a good day .Must dash got to go to work 24hr shift that will test me hey.Look forward to hearing all about your 1st day luv juney xxx

Hi Juney,

Im also in shock today I have just realized its the 18th today im suppose to be ordering my indian wedding dress on Friday! I should be 9st 5lbs not 10st 8lbs! Oh dear I better try extra hard from tomorrow.

Have you weighed yourself again yet?
I will be weighing myself first thing tomorrow morning. Hope I havent put any extra on.

What a night I had! went drinking with partner, was rough this morning and had a cooked breakfast! just could not start this morning. So I will start tomorrow now as im still feeling a bit rough now.

Glad your feeling better today. I have not read the adventures of diet girl, seems interesting! Im feeling fat today so need to feel slim again i will by tomorrow night.

Im getting married 2 August, so I need to loose the weight big time, but struggling to get motivated again. I lost 15lbs in March, but took a break but now I need to get back on track again. How you getting on?

what great motivation.tomoss seems like a good day to get your head into gear.Just take it a day at a time.you'v got almost 3 months to get that stone of.Have you got your dress sorted yet.get excited how good are you going to look with that weight loss on those photos.i'l be having my 1st shake tomos at 6 carnt wait think il have choc hot.Have you got any tips. luv jubu xxx
