Hi i am currently using the herbalife programme and it's great is there anyone else using this or had any experiences with it .Would be interested to no what others think !

I have heard of herbalife but would not take it myself. A friend of mine recommended <a ="http://www.proactol.com">Proactol</a> it is similar to herbalife but without the side effects. My friend really rates it and recommended it to me.

Yes it's coming up 2 two weeks since i've started it and in my first week i've lost 6lbs which i'm really chuffed about, its my second and still going strong. I don't get hungry often and when i do, thats when fruit band water comes in. I still feel that you can have a treat otherwise u'll just fall of the wagon.I also try and walk for 30 minutes ervyday
