Herbalife

Hi i am currently using the herbalife programme and it's great is there anyone else using this or had any experiences with it .Would be interested to no what others think !

Expensive and just milkshakes

I got involved in Herbal Life about 10 years ago on the business side. But after paying out loads for a box load of 'diet pills' and 'shakes', and trying the stuff I gave up. Tasted horrible, was fairly complicated, and basically just works on principle of having a protein shake instead of meal.

Maybe its improved since.

Herbalife

Yes it's coming up 2 two weeks since i've started it and in my first week i've lost 6lbs which i'm really chuffed about, its my second and still going strong. I don't get hungry often and when i do, thats when fruit band water comes in. I still feel that you can have a treat otherwise u'll just fall of the wagon.I also try and walk for 30 minutes ervyday

Never used herbalife, what does it entail is it like the cambridge?
