me again i no ive just asked how much the madel bal natural tree syrup was,but i just read somewer that someone used just plain maple syrup for the lemon detox diet as the real stuff is exspencive can i use it.

Yes, but....

You can use regular maple syrup from the store, however it must be 100 percent real maple. and preferably organic. Thats wht i used, already lost a stone!! Good luck!
