This is my first week using Lipobind and I have lost 5lbs. It has reduced my appatite and cravings. So I would recommend it.
I did suffer constapation for the first couple of days, but I took ExLax on a couple of nights and this has sorted it out. I have not had any problems since.
I think it is important to note that Lipobind is meant to assist in the speed of weightloss so it is equally important to be eating healthly. If you are on a diet that is still quite calorific you won't get anywhere near good results, if any.

"Yes i have tried lipobind" Posted by liz2say 28 August at 16:24
On my third pack now, but suffer with bloated stomach and find it hard to go to the loo, does not supress appetite either. Not lost any weight, although have sensible diet and do exercise.
Took a break from them as went on holiday, and just before stopped taking them took one laxative as I was feeling very bloated, big mistake ended up with an upset stomach, but luckily cleared up before I went on hols. Might be worth trying something else, although I am convinced that no tablet will help you lose weight!!!

"Starting lipobind next week" Posted by alli2008 21 June at 20:42
Hi Bettybliss
I've just ordered by Lipobind and am planing to start it next Monday (30th June) as I'm away for a few days next week. Be great to know how you get on. A friend of mine hsa lost a stone so far but says you really do just need to see it as 'added assistance' and not a miracle cure as you will still need to adopt a low far diet and healthy exercise routine, just the same as any other diet. Looking forward to getting going. Good luck! x

Hi, bettybliss
i have been taking Lipobind now for 4 weeks and can honestly say i haven't lost anything. In fact i feel bloated have an upset stomach and feel really fed up. Maybe it just isn't for me but i am very dissapointed with it. Let me know if you have any success i am now thinking of trying Slendex. I am desperate to try and loose my baby weight.
Take care and good luck x

"Weight loss" Posted by jennifer8056 29 September at 15:57
Hi,
I used to be pretty obese and started putting on a lot of weight especially on my thighs and bottom in my late thirties. I started exercising as often as possible and also cut down on a lot of high calorie stuff. Unfortunately I hardly managed to lose any weight at all. I then recently read an article by a lady who claimed that she managed to lose nearly half of her weight using a particular weight loss product. I tried it out and it actually worked really well. Within 4 months I managed to shave off 65 pounds completely. The results were pretty amazing and I feel so much healthier and energetic now without having to carry all that extra weight around. You can read more about the lady's article at the link below
I haven't tried lipobond though
