I started it monday took 2 tab nothing but today took 3 tab but l have been going to toilet a lot this afternoon will let u know if l have lost weight on monday when l weigh myself

Do you mean lipobind?? my friend and I have been on it for 2 weeks and have'nt really had any results apart from bloating and wind!! Won't bother buying anymore, just try healthy eatting instead! easier said then done!!
