Hot lemon water

Hi all, I started my day with glass of hot water with lemon juice in, for 2 days now and feel that really curbed my appetite!! I make sure I use 1 whole lemon throughout the day and i am really pleased how I am not that hungry anymore. I decided to use small tea plate for serving for smaller portions.

I agree with you. But I usually take the lemon with tap water and drink it as my first glass of water for the day.
