Dont do it!
I attemped the <a ="http://www.lovelifehatediets.co.uk/diets/special-k-diet.html"> Special K Diet</a> and I did lose some weight BUT fad dieting only leads to a yo yo pattern of dieting and you'll gain the weight you lost plus potentially even more. If you're looking to lose a lot of weight and keep it off then maybe try something like the <a ="http://www.lovelifehatediets.co.uk/diets/the-gi-diet.html"> Low GI Diet</a> this allows you to lose weight over time and keep it off, its a case of changing your eating patterns not going on a fad diet. Good luck though, stick to it and it will all be worth it.
