Lighterlife or cambridge? help me choose plz!!!

Allloooooo Everyone,

Came onto this site yesterday when i was tryin to find info about lighterlife, its seems excellent, although the cost is a worry. Cambridge seems really good aswell, and being cheaper am wondering which one everyone Thinks is best. I have over 10 stone to lose which is very daunting and i think that this style of diet is defo for me as i hav done evey kind of diet in the past. If anyone has advice or would like to b a diet buddy online then that would b great.
Also all the post i have read bout lighterlife seems amazing and everyone who has done so well then Well done, i hope and i know that one day i wil b on here sayin bout my success story.

HI iv been doing the cambridge diet and its worked for me i go and see my councillor once a week and he as helped to keep me motivated because hes done it himself.It costs about £35 a week to start with ,but the thing is you dont have to buy any food for yourself and i could easily waiste that sort of money on junk food in a week.Lighter life is made by cambridge so i think the only differance is double the cost and group support.I suppose you've got to decide what will work best for you group support or the one to one of your cambridge councillor
