Chilli, chilli and more chilli...
I wanted to share my recently discovered diet tip with you all (and it doesn't involve living on lettuce!) I've tried getting rid my annoying spare tyre for what seems like 10 years but my biggest stumbling block is my lack of willpower.However, recently I've noticed myself losing weight (must be about 7lbs now) without resorting to surviving on rice-cakes (because that's highly unlikely ever to happen...)Basically, I've been trying to eat chilli based foods as I have read it speeds up your metabolism and burns fat and it really does work! Granted a lot of hot foods are sometimes high in fat (e.g. curry which I love) but I not only use chilli powder to stews and spag bol but also use Nando's Peri-Peri sauce on things like chicken and scrambled eggs - it really spices things up (and is cheap!)
