i'm 15 and i hate not being thin. not like anorexic thin but slimmer. this school year i somehow lost 8 pounds, so i can fit a 8 in misses. a ten or eleven in juniors. i know i'm not fat but i feel so self concious in a bikini. the guys seem to like it. i've never had problems with men. but im not trying to lose weight 4 them. just 4 me. u should do the same.

you still really young. its probably baby fat. if you eat right and just excercise enough to be healthy i bet you be athin girl by the time you start high school. maybe sooner. i know it seems so far away, but it will come faster than u know it. just be confident no matter what. or at least act like it. it will make u feel better

Hi there, my name is kerrina.

I totally understand how you are feeling. I feel so frustrated and so unhappy being fat. I just want to curl up into a ball sometimes. I have under active thyroid, so it is so difficult to loose weight. I joined slimming world 8 weeks ago, I had lost 11 lb, but the last couple of days no matter how much exercise I have done and how sensible I have eaten I have put on about 3 lbs.

i dont really know u but 11lbs. thats really good especially for havinan underactive thyriod. and i bet those 3 lbs are just muscle muscle is heavier than fat. do you look and feel better?
