Cambridge diet-gp refused to sign form help

Hi all,
well i finally got the form from my local CD counsellor after speaking to my GP first about it and he agreed he would b more than happy to let me go on the CD diet.
WELL, today i went up to gp to find out was was takin so long gettin the form signed and he said he wouldnt allow me to go on the CD diet as i have suffered from severe depression in the past, this was 4-5 years ago, i said everyfing u can possible fink of but he refused. To say am devastated is an understatement. I told him that a gastric band would b like the next thing and he said well if u want i can look into it, i said NO as if i would put myself through that for goodness sake. Does anyone hav an ideas wot i can do now, am in tears and just dont know wot to do.

Hi i purchased my supplys off ebay from what people had leftover ect, i must say they taste disgusting and made me feel really sick at the thought of having another but was quick weight loss so thats one option u could do or the atkins diet really works wonders i found that one i loss more with that.
