Your story sounds so familiar. I started Cambridge in October last year and lost over 2 stone. I was fine over Chrismas, had treats and meals but still had my 3 shakes a day and so didn't put any weight on or lose any. But after that it was so hard to get back into sole source, I was having my milk shakes but also eating whatever I wanted. I just stayed the same for weeks, eventually gave up because of money problems but I am now back on it and more determined than ever. Holiday is only 43 days away so I am aiming to lose at least a stone by then! I just keep thinking that I don't need biscuits, sweets, crisps etc and pinching a biscuit or sweet won't make me less hungry so I just don't have it. On day 4 so will hopefully be in ketosis soon, then its much better. Like the other lady said, a couple of months out of your life is nothing and it will make you feel soooo much better, remember how you felt first time round, with clothes looking nicer and people complimenting you, it was the best feeling in the world for me!
