I have made the perfect diet - well my hubby thinks so...
Well, are you ready then !!!
There are 2 ways to start the diet...
This will help if you have more than say 7lbs to get rid of.....
Number 1 - for the first 3 days all you would eat is fruit, and lots of it, melon and grapes, strawberries any thing you like, you can still have your coffee or tea (with a little milk and sugur if you want) , but nothing else for the first 3 days.... Just to kick start you... Fruit for breakfast, fruit salad for lunch etc..... Fruit fruit fruit
OR
Number 2 - Just start the diet...
Monday to Friday......
All the tea or coffee you want with milk, skimmed or semi skimmed - try and cut down on your sugur if you can. Milk is only for tea and coffee
Fruit lots of it, and either home made soup for dinner how ever you want to make it is your choice, but not creamy thick soup - it can be hearty veg(can have canned soup but keep a eye on whats inside the tin) or a evening meal....
Meat - grilled - chops etc... as long as its not fried food All veg except potatoes - either steamed roasted in 1 cal oil spray, stir fryed, its up to you how you like them cooked. Fish - steamed or grilled Chicken or white meat all ok...
So you may have a stirfry one night... (no noodles though) with prawns or chicken its your choice...
Not all carbs are cut out.... Home made soups can have potatoes in... Roasted veg - in oven very nice if you sprinkle over herbs and spices... Grilled meat no more then 2 chops or steaks at any one time... Loads of veg..
The best part is the weekends as you can have booze, chocolates, crisps, sweats, fried and fat food, potatoes and carbs again...
Just be sensible what you eat but the weekends are diet free... and you can drink etc... but only at the weekend..
So a curry on a saturday night and your sunday roast will be fine...no one needs to know. You can even eat afry up in the morning if you want... after a few weeks you will not want to much rubbish at the weekend as your tummy will shrink...
Just remember MONDAY to FRIDAY no sweats, booze, crisps etc...
It does work
Good luck
Kathy
