Exercise boost
Just like to say that as a regular runner and user of eliptical machines, for the last two weeks I've been using a state of the art Techno gym Ski machine with a side step motion and I've noticed massive results already. Looks like the skinny jeans I bought 4 months ago and haven't dared to wear may ACTUALLY be making it out of the wardrobe. If you've got one of these machines at your local gym try 25 mins per day.
