Hi angharad, i bought some tea as i read an article on it in some mag, just to let you know it gave me wind something awful and makes you go to the loo a lot too. fine if you are at home most of the day, but i work alone so found it hard to keep running to the loo , but the taste is so refreshing , just limit yourself to a couple of cups a day. good luck catherine anne3
