Ryvita cripsbreads
Ive been on the Ryvita bikini fit challenge for exactly a week now. I definitely feel less bloated than I did before, and this is just by changing my daily intake of bread to crisp bread for breakfast and lunch. The Ryvita site has been really helpful to keep me motivated as they have loads of topping suggestions and even recipes for meals to have for dinner. I have never really been very good at sticking to healthy eating since my boyfriend doesnt really prioritise it. Has anyone done this challenge? If you have, how have you found it?
