Pole dancing classes (for fitness!!) in buckinghamshire.

Dear All,
I know this is a bit cheeky advertising on the website but a student of mine suggested it as she has just split from her husband and was telling me how great she now feels after attending my classes. ( Sorry if that sounds like me blowing my own trumpet but here me out first......)

I've been teaching Fitness Pole Dancing now since March this year ( 08) and the reaction and changes in people i have seen have been nothing but absolutely astonishing!!

In my classes i have an age range of 17 - 44 years old and they all mix together like old friends. The classes are based purely on fitness and fitness clothing is worn at all times. Pole Dancing is a FAB way of toning up, learning a new skill and installing a new sense of sexual empowerment.....( i think thats a new word i made up but hey? )

I stumbled by this website by chance and i love the fact it promotes everything feminine which is EXACTLY what i'm trying to do in my classes. Getting Fit, having Fun & feeling good about it. There are so many people out ther that want to put you down or make you feel that being sexy & confident is wrong.

Anyway before i head off on a tangent the main reason i came on was to promote fitness and Pole Dancing as a new form of fitness.

Please feel free to look at my website & post your comments either on here or on the website. Hopefully i can answer any questions you may have on this subject.

Regards

Pole dancing

I love pole dancing, I started a few weeks back and I love it, it gives an all over body work out which you really feel afterwards but not at the time because your having so much fun.

I started doing it to boost my confidence and boy has it, where did you do your training as this would be the next step I'd like to take as there are no lessons near me...I have to travel 15 miles each way to get my fix

Keep spinning
