Toning up and losing weight buddy needed london

Hi girlies

I'm completely fed up of being overweight (2 stone), flabby and unfit! Would anyone like to be my buddy? I'm open to anything thats gonna help get us body beautiful as long as it includes some exercise (ie. not just dieting).

I'm in central London and not joined up anywhere atm, so can pretty much do any area of London.
