Anyone intrested in being my motivating jogging buddy/ies in the sw london area?
Hi I would like to loose some weight but is is sooo hard to stay motivated especially when you have several stones to lose. My fitness level is an absolute beginner and have not run for 45 mins continuous for a few years, and so would like to acheive this level of fitness again.
Anyhow I would like to link up with anyone intrested in jogging during week days and/or weekends morning or evening in the SW london area, to assist me in this endeavour.
