Im unfit and need a jogging buddy in rochford essex area please!

i am getting married next may and i need to lose my mummy fat i put on while having my 3 kids, im looking for a lady/ladies to walk/jog/ and eventually run with in the rochford area or surrounding. would like someone the same level of fitness as me (very poor fitness) to help motivate each other. if you are interested please let me know i want to get started asap
