Please help.. i have read so many ways of toning the ass but nothing has worked for me so far.. does any1 have any ideas of excercises that actually work???

Have you tried the davina dvd - its 30 mins and she has different exercises for different target areas

i fink doing squats r da best or you could lie on the floor bend ya kness and raise ya back the more times you do this the more you can feel it if it starts to ache this is good and means the exercise is working if not type in synometrics in google and there this thing that can help tone most muscles its great and about £14.99 gareenteed to lose inches and tone in several weeks. x

Visit www.getyourbuttinshape.com. Simple truth is that you need to train hard, go to gym and use as big weights as you can do the exercises. 8-10repetition sets, with big weights in short.

I would like to hear about some too! I've done the squats, leg lifts, and bridge type exercises with very minimal success/results, but I don't think I have very good form or coordination when doing them. I think my best bet is to give in and go get a personal trainer (that would be a first, but it would be good).

I see great succes with doing sqauts and lunges for the ol butt!

I think the key is to use a weighted barbell. Load up the barbell with a weight you feel comfortable with and place this up over your head onto the soft-ish place at bottom of your neck.

SQUATS, the important advice i was goven, was to not let my knees go infront of my toes when I squat down. They say to squat as if your about to sit on a chair.

LUNGES, again advice given was to not let the knee go infront of your toes when you lunge down.

Running is great for lower body toning and of course cardiovascular!
