Have you tried the lateral thigh trainer

I love my pik LTT and i got it cheap!
20 mins a day s'easy & trousers gettin loose hurrah!

I lost 3 stone with the lateral thigh trainer

I battled for years with my weight, then I came across the LTT and I lost 3 stone within a few months and I felt great! x

I`ve been looking at them on ebay. Dont they kill your girlie bits lol. I`d love to try one as if you reckon it works, I think I`ll give it a go.

Avoid pulseleisure at all costs

Hi, I saw someone recommend buying excercise equiptment from /www.pulseleisure.co.uk -AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I bought from them and the item arrived faulty, this happens. but on his own admission, this is not checked and he is so rude. The email exchanges form them are appalling. have had to go to consumer rights to sort this horrible situation out. they are not a registered site for most excercise equiptment.. buy from another site and save yourself a lot of grief!

Hi, nope I can honestly say my bits have not sufferd.
Not sure what you are thinking u don't sit on it lol. I had lower backache at first , but I atraightened up a bit & that was better. try pulseleisure shop. Oh and wear trainers or you'l fall off...my friend does hers naked in front of the mirror ...tart!
After just 20 mins I fel like I've had a run (and I don't do running)I've still got it on level 1 (grannie after a hip replacement difficulty level) so there is lots of difficulty to add if you want.

if you flattened it out would it be half way between an over the top s and the number 8. with a hinge type thingie in the centre that folds it in half.
If this is what you mean then I `ll have to give it a go.

Uh?

Nooo, this is a stepper, but it moves from side to side as well like in a skiing motion.Thats why the knees might be a prob...You'd have to use it really wierdly to hrt your ladies bits..pop lateral thigh trainer in e-bay ..there are loads

Reebok stepper

just the same as thigh trainer,50.00 in argos,i am going on it every day,started with 5 minutes now doing 20,it really feels as though its working.
How long do people think it takes to notice a change in tone,body shape etc??if im using it every day for 20mins??tanya

I got my llt from argos 2. Iv just started doing a thousand at a time. It takes me about 15 mins. And i do more all through the day. Whats better to lose weight easy steps or harder steps?

I think you should build it up to 1 hour. I started using the lateral thigh trainer hoping to lose weight.So far I have lost 3lbs and I have been using it for 1 week, everyday for 40-60 mins and watching what I eat.

I want to tone up.

Im going on holiday in 4 weeks. I just want 2 tone up whats the best way with the ltt.????

I like the way it makes me feel afterwards ..almost like i want to do it again! wierd.
You are dong the right thing Tanya..and I think thats the way to get the best results.Keep it up I am righ behind you!
I think I might join you..from Monday..12th..whats 20 mins/..go on then ..lets see if its gives results after 1month
