HI, am new on here, have started a diet because i really would love to lose around 8 stone to be my ideal weight However i do lack the motivation to get off my arse and exercise which as we all know makes all the difference, so if there is anyone living in the Chelmsley wood/castle bromwich area of Birmingham who would like to join me in the weight loss war i dont mind running/cycling/walking etc would prefer someone similar stage to me (so i dont hold you back lol) for everyone out there trying to make the best of themselves, good luck jen

Hi Jennijen,
I've just seen your post, is it too late?
I've also got a bit to go and want to start exercising with a buddy. I've just bought a total gym and am in the midst of figuring it out - but will share it!
If Chuck Norris can do it...
I love walking, would like to swim better and would like to use free weights.
How's it going so far, jen?
Thanks!
Shell

Hi Jen,
I know it may be a bit late but I have just found a website that might help. I am also looking for a gym/fitness partner/buddy and a friend suggested www.yourgymbuddy.co.uk.
I haven't found one yet but it looks like a place to start looking. Any gym buddies in South West Essex, let me know.
Good luck and hope your keeping walking! Cath
