do the cook hook lift before starting your exercises. It helps to "wake up" your muscles before the lunges and squats.
lay on your back and bring one knee up to your chest. If you put a tennis ball between your thigh and tummy it helps to keep you in line. Then lift up. Squeeze your glutes when going up. Do a set of 12 on each leg.
After doing that, do your lunges and squats. When or if the lunges are too easy do Bulgarian split squats. That is putting one leg on a chair or bench behind you, hop forward as far as you can then squat down. These are of the devil but they work!
Jumping jacks or jump rope. They are anaerobic and will burn calories. Do minute sets at first and at least 5 sets to begin.
Good luck!

seems to be the best possibility for loosing weight and to keep your lost weight. (Im sorry if i make severals mistakes, but im german and i try to improve my englisch^^) okay, so eat just products that are offered by the nature e.g. fruits, vegetables, meta , fish, milk...and stop eating fast food and all the other ... that is full of fat, bad carbs and sooo sweet that you might get a shock from all this sugar!!!! if you move your body day by day and change your feeding, you will have great resultats!!!! and you will feel much fitter!
but!!!! a big bum might also be caused by predisposition=( but you might counteract with a healthy way of life=)

You will absolutely make your bum smaller by running/jogging. You should aim to do this AT LEAST three times a week for at least 30 minutes. If you're not already a runner then start by walking/jogging and each time you go increase the amount of time you jog/run for until you can run the full 30 minutes. I guarantee you this will do wonders for your bum/legs (not to mention your overall fitness/wellbeing). I hope this helps.
