Started a workout dvd only done it two days lol and my body aches, my question is do i continue or give my body chance to rest lol

Any advice will be great

heyy
if you havent done much exercise in a while, it is normal for your body to ache when you first do some intense working out. so it is totally natural for your body to be aching right now. but the important thing is to not give up. rest the day after you do your workout, and then put on the dvd again the next day!

it might ache, but its a good pain!
