Looking for a training buddy in north hants

Feeling slow and sluggish at the moment and I'm hoping to find a training buddy that we will give me a good kick off the sofa!! In return, I'm more than willing to kick you off yours. Hopefully by Christmas we will both look stunning but have very sore bottoms!!
