I had my 2nd child in November and I am basically looking for some advice on the best form of toning my tummy and bum, they're not really flabby just a bit saggy.
I have to also say I am a petite woman, size 6 to be exact, so I defintely do not want to lose weight at all, I would just like to tone what has went a bit saggy due to childbirth.
Can anyone give me any helpful hints please.
