First timer in the fitness area, need some helpful tips....

I had my 2nd child in November and I am basically looking for some advice on the best form of toning my tummy and bum, they're not really flabby just a bit saggy.

I have to also say I am a petite woman, size 6 to be exact, so I defintely do not want to lose weight at all, I would just like to tone what has went a bit saggy due to childbirth.

Can anyone give me any helpful hints please.

Practice with bollyrobics dvd

Yes you need to practice aerobics. And this can never be as easy as doing it from the comfort of your home. What could be more better than practising along with a video tutorial, without having to do those strenious exercises in the gym.
This has proven effective in my case. I too wanted to get into shape and came across this trailer called My Make up DVD trailer at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SafNTkBWovI, after which i ordered this DVD and practised along with it regularly. And I got to feel the change within 15 days.
Watch it and you also would be benefited the way i did. Stay in shape and have fun at the same time.

The first fitness activity I did was Yoga. It works for me til now coupled with swimming. Both activities not only only keep me fit but has also toned my body especially my tummy and butt Try them!

Sorry. the name of the dvd is Bollyrobics which teaches arobics in dance form. Now its available in HD version too.
