I want a toned stomach, can anyone help??

HiIve been going to the gym for about a year and go 2-3 times a week. I am a size 8 and have a flat stomach but I want it to be toned and it dosn't seem to be doing anything.

Can anyone help??

I highly recommend Yoga. The poses, if done regularly can help tone you body.

Hi there,

You need to reduce you body fat% so therefore to have a lean, toned abdominal area cut out fat for a couple of weeks and up your exercise (CV particularly) and see how you get on!
