Tired all the time!!

Can anyone help? I feel as though I have been tired for years, with only some days feeling as though I have enough energy for the day. I have had all my blood tests done, including thyroid, cholesterol, a glucose tolerance test for diabetes, chest x ray, and a heart work up including ecg and cardiac enzymes. All normal. This is so frustrating as everyone now tells me I am really healthy, but some days by 10am I just want to go back to sleep!!

Cut out more carbs?

Are you a carb addict like me..if i eat bad carbs i start yawning within half an hour! I got all out of wak after having my daughter, an I still have to watch them now. What so you eat/drink at about 9 most evenings?
