That is great advice
My friend has told us all of her panic attacks and how to act around her when she'goes into one'. Its ok, she lets me drink red-wine with ice so its give & take. When you know there is good support around you it can help reduce the attacks, or make them shorter. My friend takes a card with her if she travels alone just in case, it explains , and gets her a bit of privacy until its over, and gives a few numbers so we can be phoned to talk to her..she hasn't used it in ages , she just feels safer carrying it. she had councelling & found she was scared of her ex coming to get her..so to stop her keeping looking we position her with her back to the door when we socialise..adn of course she trusts us. I know this sounds a bit simplistic, but is it always with coffee& other stimulants? Just a guess Hugs h
