Sore mouth

Recently my mouth has been very sore. My wisdom teeth have recently growen in and seem to get in the way as my gums are sitting on them ( getting jammed between them when im closing my mouth ) It is very sore and is causing me to have ulcer feeling around the area but also on the other side. I have noticed just today a black spot near the area which is sore but i am unsure in whether this is just bruised blood from biting down on the area with my wisdom teeth or soemthing else? Does anyone have any ideas on either what it could be and also what i can do to prevent this happening??

Ps i am terrified of the dentist so if anyone knows anything i can do before going there it would be much appreciated.

Try gel

try something to numb the area until it 'toughens'up, ie bongela or anbesol gel. Also a good mouth wash to get around the back teeth. You could ask a pharmacist, they can be very helpful!

Frador

I've used a treatmetn called Frador for mouth ulcers. Helps protect the healing area and actually heal the ulcer or mouth sore. pretty good stuff.
