Should this diet create any health problems for me?

This is my general diet on a day to day basis, and I know its very very unhealthy, before anybody says anything.
I am trying to change, and im getting there.
(I never used to like bread, but now, look at me go, I love it!).
- Wheatabix minis/toast for breakfast with a glass of apple or orange juice or sometimes milk (i dont have milk on my cereal)
- mid-morning snack is normally a 15pence milkyway bar or a frosties bar
- lunch is either a sausage in a roll with ketchup or pasta or a packet of crisps and a chocolate bar
- then i have a petit filous yoghurt when i get home
- and dinner is either tomato soup with bread, a scotch pie, potato waffles, pasta/spaghetti with dolmio sauce or chicken

i do drink about 7 glasses of water throughout the day, but id say thats the only healthy aspect of my food! and when im working i tend to have a burgerking (its near) or a smoothie and shortbread from starbucks.

should i still be alive!??

Thanks

Eventually.

surprisingly we can survive a long time on an unhealthy diet. you could probably live a long life, however the level of healthful enjoyment you get from your life is highly dependent on your diet. here are a few suggestions to integrate into your existing diet that won't revolutionize or drastically change your eating habits, but can provide healthy alternatives.
what worries me most about your current diet is your lunch. this afternoon meal helps to keep you energized for the rest of the day, so you want to have something that will give you the most bang for your buck. try integrating more vegetables and instead of sausage you should move toward a meat product that isn't as processed. the more processed a food is, the more difficult it is for your body to extract nutrients from it. so try grilled chicken, salmon, or tuna.
also instead of a mid-morning snack that is mostly sugar, try an energy/protein bar such as a luna bar. they are delicious, taste sugary, and have lots of good vitamins/minerals that are essential for a healthy diet for women.
finally, the way i tricked my body in to craving good sugars is whenever i want a cookie/brownie/name your poison, i would have a piece of fruit. bananas are high in sugar for fruit, so they help that transition to good sugars. i also found that clementines were handy because they travel well, peel easily and aren't as tart as oranges.
best of luck!
