I personally have been taking this herbal supplement called diamaxol which has worked fantastically. My levels are in tact. I did change my diet and started exercising but i believe the combination is worth a try.

Hi,A year ago I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes did not want to take traditional meds. I found diamaxol. Today all is fine but as Chartruse said I started eating better & incorporated some sort of exercise.
