Pertuity gland

For past year a have had trouble with a 'pressure' feeling in my head. Docs put it down 2 anxiety as i am some what of a worry wart! Anyway, they gave me an mri scan just for my own peace of mind & the results came back fine much to my relief, but the docs have said my pertuity gland looks 'bulky' (their words) and would like to give me another scan so they can look at it in more detail. Now they are arranging this via post so that tells me it is not super urgent ( i hope) . I was just wondering if it is a fairly common thing 2 have maybe a gland which is a bit bigger than normal &/or if anyone on here has had anything similar? any advice appreciated.

I DID NOT KNOW THAT I HAD A CYST ON THE PERTUITY GLAND.
AFTER 5 YEARS OF MARRIAGE WE COULDN'T CONCEIVE AND HAVE CHILDREN.
AFTER MANY TESTS IT WAS FOUND THAT THE PERTUITY GLAND WAS CAUSING HORMONAL PROBLEMS BY PUSHING ON THE NERVES.
I WAS GIVEN DOSTINEX AND WITH HELP NOW HAVE TWO BEAUTIFUL CHILDREN.
YOU MUST GO TO A SPECIALIST AND OBTAIN BLOOD TESTS AND HAVE TREATMENT.
IF THE CYST GROWS IT COULD BE DANGEROUS MOST OF THE TIME THEY ARE INACTIVE.
ALL MY LIFE I HAVE HAD MOOD SWINGS AND AFTER 27 YEARS AT MY JOB I WAS SACKED FOR GETTING UPSET.
I HAVE NO DOUBT THAT THE PERTUITY GLAND CYST HAS CAUSED MY MOOD SWINGS.
THE PROBLEM NO ONE HAS THE EXACT SCIENCE ON WHAT DAMAGE OCCURS WITH A CYST PUSHING ON THE PERTUITY GLAND.
